Export saves artifacts outside Traycer, as Markdown or PDF. Anyone with access to the Task can export, including Viewers.

Export One Artifact

In the Artifacts panel, open the artifact’s ⋯ menu, or right-click its row, and choose:
  • Export as Markdown for a .md file.
  • Export as PDF for a .pdf file.
Choose where to save the file. The file is named after the artifact’s title.

Export Several Artifacts

1

Select the artifacts

Choose Select artifacts from the panel’s ⋯ menu, or ⌘-click / Ctrl-click the rows you want.
2

Choose a format

Click the export button in the panel header, then Export as Markdown ZIP or Export as PDF ZIP.
3

Save the ZIP

Choose where to save it. The ZIP is named after the Task and holds one file per artifact.
ZIP export needs at least two selected artifacts. For a single artifact, use the row menu.

What Gets Exported

Each file holds the artifact’s body at the moment you export it. In a PDF, diagrams and wireframes appear as their source, labeled “Mermaid source” and “UI preview source”, rather than as rendered images. Comment threads are not included.
