Traycer offers several plan tiers to match your usage and team needs.

## Usage & Limits

Traycer uses **credits** to meter usage across artifacts and chat.

### Key Terms

* **Credit:** The billing unit used for usage.
* **Subscription credits:** Credits included in your monthly or annual plan.
* **Bundle credits:** Additional credits you can buy separately, starting at \$10 bundles.
* **Rate card:** Each action has a credit cost based on the operation type.

### Model Profile Multipliers

The rate card above is the base action cost. Final cost per action can change based on selected model profile and reasoning level.

* Use **Balanced** for default cost/performance.
* Use **Frontier** for higher quality and deeper reasoning.
* Use a **Custom profile** to override specific steps.

### Bundles

If you run out of subscription credits, you can buy more with credit bundles.

* Bundles are free-form amounts starting at **\$10**.
* The amount you buy is added to your credit balance at checkout.

### FAQ

<Accordion title="Do team members share credits?">
  No. Credits are allocated per seat by default. Enterprise plans provide centralized billing and enforce privacy mode.

<Accordion title="Do unused credits expire?">
  Subscription credits reset at the end of each monthly billing cycle — unused subscription credits do not carry over. Bundle credits never expire.

<Accordion title="What happens to my artifacts if I downgrade?">
  All previously generated artifacts remain accessible permanently, regardless of your plan tier.

<Accordion title="What are Enterprise plans?">
  Enterprise pricing is the same as individual pricing for all plans. It includes:

  * **Centralized Billing** - All team members are billed under a single invoice for easier expense tracking.
  * **Seat Management** - Invite, remove, and manage members from a central dashboard.
  * **Centralized Remote MCP Connections** - Connect and manage servers at the organization level for all team members.
  * **Org-Wide Privacy Mode** - Enforced by default to protect sensitive data.
  * **Dedicated Support Channel** - A private Slack or Discord channel for faster communication and priority support.

<Accordion title="Does deleting tasks or artifacts refund my credits?">
  No. Deleting previous tasks, plans, or any generated artifacts does not refund consumed credits.

<Accordion title="What happens if artifact generation fails?">
  If an artifact generation fails, we will automatically refund the consumed credits. In case your credits were not refunded, please reach out to us for assistance.

<Accordion title="How do upgrades and downgrades work?">
  You can change plans at any time.

  * **Upgrades:** Immediate effect with prorated billing for the rest of the cycle. You pay the difference between plans for the remaining time in your billing period.
  * **Downgrades:** Take effect after the current billing cycle. No loss of access until then. All generated artifacts remain available permanently.
